ZeroMOUSE™ US Giveaway — Official Terms & Conditions
1. Sponsor
This giveaway is organized by mousebouncer GmbH ("Sponsor"). It is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on the date of the giveaway post and ends on June 13, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST.
Entries submitted after this time will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter:
- Follow the official ZeroMOUSE™ Instagram or the facebook page (@zeromouse.de + zero-mouse)
- Like the giveaway post
- Comment: “NOMOUSE🔥” on the giveaway post
Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple comments do not increase the chances of winning.
5. Selection of Winners
Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
Winners will be contacted via Direct Message (DM) on Instagram and facebook a few days after June 13, 2025. Latest by June 17, 2025.
Please ensure your DMs are open so we can contact you.
If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner will be selected.
6. Prize
Each winner will receive one (1) ZeroMOUSE™ device.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $249 USD per device.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted.
7. Publicity Release
By entering, you grant Sponsor permission to mention your Instagram and Facebook username in connection with the announcement of winners.
8. General Conditions
No purchase necessary to enter or win.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms & Conditions.
9. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless mousebouncer GmbH, Instagram and Facebook, and their respective partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for prize fulfillment.
11. Governing Law
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Munich, Germany.
12. Disclaimer — Prize Fulfillment
As part of this giveaway, ZeroMOUSE™ devices will be awarded as prizes. Please note that we are currently in the process of launching ZeroMOUSE™ in the U.S.
Prize deliveries will be carried out in batches, and the first shipments are planned to begin in July 2025. As with any new market launch, unforeseen delays may occur.
We are doing our very best to ship the devices to all winners as soon as possible and to ensure a smooth fulfillment process.
By entering this giveaway, you acknowledge and accept that the delivery of prizes may be subject to such delays, and that no compensation or alternative prizes will be offered in case of such delays.
